Hello!  Welcome to Crawford Testing Services!  My name is Jamie and I am the Owner of this wonderful journey!  My business is 100% woman owned but have plenty of support from my husband and family.  We have two wonderful kids and our pet cats.

We enjoy family outing's such as camping, hiking, fishing and hunting among many other things.  I got started in the industry of drug and alcohol testing 11 year ago.   I have a degree as a Medical Assistant finishing school in 2011 at the ICTC in Indiana, PA.

While I finished in December of 2011, it would take me another 9 months to find something that related to my field.  I had applied at all the medical facilities I could think of that I could use my new degree but had no success.

I came across an ad that mentioned needing someone for drug and alcohol testing and phlebotomy.  With my degree, I also became certified as a phlebotomist.  I figured, why not, I have tried everything else.

I met with the owner and in that day, she hired me on the spot!  I got started with this new position in August of 2012.  I absolutely loved that job and worked with Hartman Drug and Health for 6 years before she decided it was time to hand the business over into new hands.  

So began the journey that would end my amazing job that I have thought would be my lifelong career.  In May 2018 the new owners took control.  It was not the same and I decided to end my time in October 2018.

I went on to work at MedExpress for the next several years where I was able to continue utilizing my skills with drug and alcohol testing but also my degree as a Medical Assistant.

When COVID hit in 2020, it was a whole new world in the medical field.  By Sept 2020 I decided to make a change from urgent care to chronic care and went to a physician office where I currently take care of chronically ill patients.

For years I have wanted to venture on my own but never had the right moment to take the jump.  I am now in that moment with my family to begin this brand new opportunity to do what I had enjoyed for 8 years before getting into a place that did not carry on with the drug and alcohol industry.

I am very excited to get started and hope to begin the many professional relationships as my prior employer had.   She has definitely given me the experience and knowledge I needed to begin this process and be able to succeed.
